Corporate coaching courses
|
We provide courses for employees of small to medium-sized companies, public authorities and organizations as an impetus for development of organizational leaders or to provide support during critical periods of transformation. The course can act as a support base for management or as a means of encouraging development of performance appraisals and leadership reviews in the direction of individual action plans. Customized coursesEach course is planned and subsequently set up in consultation with our clients. The original model from the PCC course can then be extended or revised in subsequent courses to best meet the needs of the client’s organization. We can structure the course so that it fulfills requirements for certification as PCC coach -- the first step towards ICF and EMCC certification. The course can also easily be set up so as to focus on developing leadership --A Coaching Leadership. |
FoundationCorporate courses are designed in accordance with the specific needs of each organization, but they all build on the fundamental principles of the diploma course -- Professional Business Coach. The basis of our method is teaching participants different methods for supporting and guiding a person in his/her personal and professional development. During the first part of the course, participants learn how to master coaching techniques that encourage the person being coached to be conscious of personal values and objectives and to discover new ways to develop in accordance with the new perspective. In essence, the person being coached should take responsibility for his/her growth while the coach’s role is to act as supporter and guide in the process. |
Part two of the course focuses on placing the coach’s role in an organizational context. What direction is our organization headed in and what does this imply for me as a leader/ key person? What are my strengths and weaknesses, what can I do to positively contribute to the future of my organization? Course participants receive training in designing an action plan that builds on the client’s strengths and weakness ( e.g., providing 360%uF0B0 feedback). Using each organization’s challenge profile and the goals of individual employees as a starting point, the client identifies key areas of development under the guidance of the coach. The client and coach then follow-up this initial phase by designing a concrete plan of action that contains clear and quantifiable goals.
